Research focused on fabordón, a form of improvised vocal polyphony as practised in Spain from the 15th to 18th centuries. Studies included a two term postgraduate seminar in General Ethnomusicology at SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies).
I decided to discontinue my degree studies after the first year, due to lack of support from the college, and in order to focus on my work as a performer.
